1                    The Buyer shall purchase goods in accordance with the full Terms and Conditions of Rioned UK Limited.

 

2                    No order that has been accepted by Rioned UK Limited may be cancelled by the Buyer, unless Rioned UK Limited have agreed to do so in writing to the Buyer.

 

3                    Unless specifically agreed in writing by Rioned UK Limited the Buyer shall settle all invoices within thirty days of the date of the invoice. Any failure by the Buyer to settle the invoice within this time frame may incur an additional charge at a rate of 10% above the Bank of England base rate.

 

4                    Should the Buyer decide, after having taken delivery of the goods ordered, to return them for no other reason than he no longer requires them, then Rioned UK Limited will refund the Buyer 80% of the invoice price of the goods supplied provided that such a return is made within five working days of receiving the said goods. Before returning goods the Buyer must first obtain written authorisation from the Seller. The Buyer shall return the goods at his own expense. The Buyer in these circumstances shall therefore be liable to pay 20% of the original purchase price of the goods, original carriage charges and any related VAT charges.

 

5                    Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the Goods, or any other provision in the full Terms and Conditions of Sale, the property and title to the goods shall not pass to the Buyer until Rioned UK Limited has received in cash or cleared funds, payment in full of the price of the Goods and all other goods agreed to be sold by Rioned UK Limited to the Buyer for which payment is then due.

 

6                    Any Contract made between the Buyer and Rioned UK Limited shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and the Buyer agrees to submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
